  1. Right of Withdrawal
    In accordance with applicable law, the consumer has a right of withdrawal of three (3) calendar days from the confirmation of their order. However, this right does not apply to digital services provided immediately and whose execution has begun with the client’s express consent.

  2. Refund Conditions
    Any refund requested before the start of service delivery may be considered, subject to an individual review of the case. Once the service has started or been delivered, no refund can be granted, given the irreversible nature of the digital services offered by Broreps.fr.

  3. Processing and Handling Fees
    Any refund request, even if partially accepted, will incur processing fees equal to 50% of the order value. This percentage covers the operational, technical and administrative costs irreversibly incurred as soon as the order is processed.

  4. Promotional Services and Discounted Rates
    Orders placed as part of promotions, discounts or special offers are excluded from any possibility of refund. These sales are considered firm and final.

  5. Digital Services – Irreversible Nature
    The digital services provided (e.g.: increase in followers, likes, views) are by nature non-recoverable once delivered. The client acknowledges that the delivery of these services immediately triggers their execution, making any refund or cancellation technically impossible.

  6. Payments via PayPal
    Payments made via PayPal are considered final. No refund will be made through this channel, in accordance with the restrictions imposed by the platform. By choosing this payment method, the client accepts these conditions without reservation.

  7. Required Documentation
    Any refund request must be accompanied by valid proof: order confirmation, proof of payment, and a precise description of the reason for the request. Lack of supporting documents will result in an automatic refusal to process the request.

  8. Legal Exception and Non-Conformity
    A refund may be considered only in the event of clear evidence of non-performance of the service or serious non-conformity, subject to technical analysis by our team. In this case, the request must be submitted within 72 hours of the order.

  9. Client Responsibility
    It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order (link, username, etc.). No refund will be granted in case of error, misuse or misunderstanding of how the services work.

  10. No Waiver of Rights
    Failure by Broreps.fr to enforce all or part of these provisions shall not be construed as a permanent waiver of its rights.

  11. Claims and Contact

    The processing time is seven (7) business days from receipt of the complete file.

  12. Policy Updates
    Broreps.fr reserves the right to modify these refund conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the site and considered binding as soon as they are posted online.
